Kristin Weekley

Helping people has always been Kristin's passion. Trained as an independently licensed social worker (LICSW) with a focus on medical social work, Kristin initially became interested in residential real estate through her own home purchases, renovations, and subsequent sales. These experiences have allowed her to work with her clients from a place of understanding the unique emotional experiences that come with buying or selling a home. Kristin's team of professional photographers and stagers have enabled her listings to sell for top dollar. When working with Kristin you will be working with a professional that understands all aspects of the buying and selling process with unique skills to support you through your transaction from start to finish.

Tony is a new addition to Kristin Weekley's team, but brings years of experience and expertise that help him to be a uniquely client-focused agent with the ability to advise and assist clients on a wide range of issues. Tony is a licensed attorney with experience in appellate law and landlord-tenant issues. This, combined with his long personal experience with buying, renovating, and selling real estate, and his experiences as a landlord make Tony able to understand nearly all of the issues that buyers and sellers may see before, during, and after any transaction.

Hannah Brooks is The Leverage Department’s founder and Operations Guru. She holds a BA from Gordon College and a Masters degree from Gordon Conwell in Hamilton, MA. She began her career in Real Estate in 2013, and spent six years coordinating transactions, building systems, and supporting agents for one of the North Shore’s top real estate teams. Hannah has a passion for training and coaching Real Estate agents and admin, as well as keeping the transaction process smooth and seamless. She spends her free time hiking in the White Mountains, reading on the beach, travelling, and spending time with her husband, Adam, and rescue-Mutt, Mundo.
